Huamaier UPS uninterruptible power supply construction scheme
1. Pre-construction preparation
Before the equipment is installed, do a construction survey on the equipment room where the equipment is installed. The customer should ensure that the equipment room, power supply, ground wire, etc. meet the necessary construction conditions. For the conditions that the user cannot meet at the time, it must be clearly put forward to the user, and the user is required to give it. solution and time.

Construction technicians must have a basic understanding of the electrical principle of UPS. Before construction, ask for equipment installation drawings and electrical wiring drawings in the computer room to prepare for the next installation.

1.1 Construction site inspection

1.1.1 Inspection of the building conditions of the computer room

(1) The construction of the roof and floor is completed, and there is no leakage.

(2) The doors and windows are installed, the site is clean, and the road is smooth

1.1.2 Environmental condition check
Lighting meets requirements, storage temperature: -40°C~+70°C (without battery), -20°C~+55°C (with battery) Relative humidity: 5%~95%, no condensation; Altitude: <1500m falling dust : The surrounding environment should be kept clean, and there should be no obvious dust on the floor, especially no dust with conductive properties. The air in the equipment room should not contain acid mist or other conductive media, so as to reduce the corrosion of internal circuits by harmful dust. The computer room should be equipped with qualified fire protection and lightning protection measures. When the UPS is configured for a long time, the battery is heavier, and the load-bearing capacity of the floor should be considered. Space: Ensure that engineers have a certain operating space during UPS maintenance.

1.1.3 Temporary power supply condition check
The user should provide temporary construction electricity for the construction site of the computer room, and the temporary electricity is three-phase five-wire system.

1.1.4 Ground wire condition check
The ground wire from the grounding device is laid in place. In order to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system, prevent parasitic capacitive coupling interference, and protect equipment and personal safety, the system must be well grounded. The grounding system uses the grounding resistance to represent the grounding performance. Generally, the grounding resistance must be less than 5Ω. For some precision electronic instruments and medical instruments, the grounding resistance is even required to be less than 1Ω.

1.1.5 Grid situation
The grid conditions include grid voltage fluctuation range, power failure frequency, etc., and determine the UPS backup time configuration. If necessary, other protection measures can be added at the front stage of the UPS, such as optional external C-level lightning protection box in the lightning-prone area.

1.1.6 Power distribution requirements
When installing UPS, factors such as AC input, output and battery of the equipment must be fully considered, and appropriate wiring materials and wire diameters must be selected. UPS is generally installed indoors and is close to the load. Generally, copper core insulated cables are used. The cross-section of the wires must meet safety standards and meet the requirements of voltage drop and temperature rise. When the distance is long, the voltage drop is mainly considered, and then the temperature rise is checked. When the distance is short, the voltage drop is very small, and the temperature rise index is mainly considered.

1.1.7 Choice of open space capacity
For 10KVA, 16KVA, and 20KVA UPS, the AC input line adopts standard connection cable. For 10KVA, 16KVA, and 20KVA UPS, the wiring adopts terminal block type. In the event of an emergency, the power supply can be quickly cut off to prevent equipment damage. For single-input single-output 10KVAUPS input line air switch ≧100A (or 3-input single-out input line air-break ≧32A), for 3-input 3-output 16KVAUPS input line air-break ≧63A, for 3-input 3-output 20KVAUPS The air switch on the input line is ≧63A.

1.1.8 UPS battery configuration
According to the different backup time of the UPS, the long model needs to be equipped with batteries of different capacities.

The specific connection of the external battery box is as follows: * Put the battery cabinet in place, first remove the cover, and then remove the surrounding baffles; * Connect the battery cable at the open end of the battery cabinet, and connect the other end to the "+", "-" of the UPS "The termination is good; first install the bottom battery, and then install the upper two layers of batteries, pay attention to the polarity of the batteries connected in series, and use insulating tape to wrap the other terminal when connecting the battery terminals with the connecting cable to avoid short-circuiting the batteries. After connecting, pull the terminals of each battery cable forcefully, check whether it is pressed tightly, and ensure reliable connection; * After connecting the batteries in series, connect the battery cabinet to the air switch, check whether the battery polarity is correct, and whether the voltage is normal; * Close the battery cabinet The air switch is powered by the battery to the UPS. If the system self-test prompts a fault, check whether the battery is connected reversely or wrongly.
